Our sheep are Hebridean sheep, a rare breed which, as the name suggests, originates from the Hebridees in Scotland. This makes them a hardy breed as they are used to living on wild moorland and looking after themselves.
We have four breeding ewes who usually have twin lambs each year. The meat is quite dark and rich in flavour.
